At least you figured how to get it off and change it. Considering that the bike manufacturer wouldn’t stand behind the frame when it was damaged – not likely he will the peddle.

I haven’t replaced it yet. It was raining all day Sunday, so I lost interest in bike things. I figured I’d take it in next weekend, and maybe get the brakes replaced, too, since they’re looking a little ragged. I don’t even know yet if the bike shop near me keeps extra pedals lying around.
